Making Time for Me

How much time do you make for you? Most of us make lots of time for others but rarely very much for ourselves and then things like our health can suffer. So why do we do this? Well, mainly because we’ve been taught that it’s “selfish” for us to do for ourselves. I disagree! To me, when we take care of ourselves and do for ourselves, it is “self-love” not “selfish” as we’ve been conditioned to think.

So today I’d like to share with you some ways that may help you to take some time for yourself so you can live a long, healthy, balanced life. Enjoy!

It is so important to take time for yourself.

This helps you to find clarity and create balance in your life.

The most important relationship is

the one you have with yourself.

It’s time to make time for “you.”
